Do I need to be approved before I can use the application? 

Yes, the admin team has to review you profile a determined that you are the best fit for our platform 

What are the driving package that is offered?

1. Beginner- this is for students who have never been around a car steering wheel and have no driving experience. The beginner's session last for 2 hours.

2. Intermediate- this is for students who have driven a vehicle once or twice but does not know the true essential skills of driving. The intermediate session last for 4 hours.

3. Advanced- this is for students that knows how to drive but need more practice. The advanced session last for 6 hours.

Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) Support- after completing the advanced session you can book a vehicle and use it to take your finals at the department of motor vehicle (dmv), if you pass your final road test then your driver's license will be awarded to you by the department of motor vehicle (dmv). The DMV support session last for 3 hours.

Before booking the DMV support session consult with the admin team so that we can help with the DMV appointment scheduling. 

Can I get my driver's License after completing all my driving lessons?

Yes, after the successful completion of the driving course; we will provide a vehicle to the student to use for their final road test at the department of motor vehicle (DMV) in which the driver's license will be granted if they passed the final road test.

NOTE: we do not provide driver's license to anyone, we only provide driving lessons and a vehicle to use for the driving test. 

At Star Driver we provide a comprehensive driving course with the use of technology integration via our mobile app, designed for 21st-century learners.

What kind of support do you offer students beyond just the driving lessons?

All Star Driver students have 24-hour chat support access within the app. Support phone number is also available in the app. Admin team is always open to students, and we treat every student as if they are the only student we have.

How does the mobile app works for students/trainee? 

After downloading the mobile app you will be asked to sign up as a trainee. After creating an account the admin team will be notified. You will have to wait until the admin team grant you permission to access the platform (usually takes 24 hours). After the admin grant you access you can chat with the admin team within the app. We only take phone calls if you requested within the app. If you need to book a driving lesson within the app there is a burgundy plus button in the top right corner of the home screen. After press the button it will ask you for you current location, date, time and the duration of the lesson. After continuing the app will then search for a trainer, you will need to add your card information and confirm payment before the trainer arrives. At this point you can communicate with the trainer within the app. You can cancel the session before the trainer arrives. If you cancel after 5 minutes of book then you will be charged still. When the session is completed you will be prompted to give the trainer a tip and also review and comment on the lesson. If student fail a session they are required to retake it. If they pass they move on to the next step. When all your required sessions are completed you'll be able to download your completion certificate.
